Response Surface Methodology Using Observational Data: A Systematic Literature Review

چکیده
In the response surface methodology (RSM), designed experiment helps create interfactor orthogonality and interpretable models for purpose of process design optimization. However, along with development data-recording technology, observational data have emerged as an alternative to experimental data, they contain potential information on design/process parameters (as factors) product characteristics that are useful RSM analysis. Recent studies in various fields proposed modifications standard procedures adopt attain considerable results despite some limitations. This paper aims explore methods incorporate through a systematic literature review. More than 400 papers were retrieved from Scopus database, 83 selected carefully reviewed. To analysis include (DoE), modeling, The approaches then mapped capture sequence modified findings highlight novelty observational-data-based (RSM-OD) generating reproducible involving discussion treatments DoE, refinement model fit adaptation optimization technique. Future research, such improvement factor modifications, is also discussed.
